In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of ug100 is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ug100 strictly prohibits participation by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in Account suspension.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. ug100 is designed and operated for the Indonesian market. Users connecting from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law access the Platform at their own legal risk.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or who lack contractual capacity may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, using different personal details, or through a shared device — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from ug100 or any affiliated platform, or be subject to a mandatory exclusion order issued by ug100.

To access the full range of ug100 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid email address.
• Create a unique username and a strong password of at least eight characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy by completing the registration form.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Never share your password with any third party, including ug100 staff. ug100 will never ask for your password.
• Use a unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ug100 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Account Closure

ug100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where:

• Registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
• The Account holder is determined to be under 21 years of age.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 is detected.
• The Account holder requests closure (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

In compliance with our international licensing obligations and standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practices, ug100 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be triggered at any time by our compliance team.

Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, color photograph of a valid government-issued identity document — Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence (dated within 90 days) displaying your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to you personally (e.g., a screenshot of the registered account name for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

Documents must be submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format, clearly legible, and unedited. ug100 may request additional documentation at its discretion. The KYC review process is typically completed within 48 hours of document submission.

Deposits

ug100 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Members; Gold VIP Members may negotiate enhanced deposit limits with their dedicated account manager.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of successful bank or e-wallet confirmation.
• ug100 does not charge deposit processing fees. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• You may only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an AML review.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 24 hours during business hours (WIB / UTC+7), subject to the payment provider's own transfer schedule.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (return-to-source policy) unless otherwise approved in writing by our compliance team.
• Accounts with pending Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements may have withdrawal requests placed in a queue until the relevant rollover is completed or the Bonus Funds are forfeited.
• ug100 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000.

ug100 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral incentives, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are governed by these general terms, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time of offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 15x). The applicable multiplier is specified in the promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute 50%–100%. Slots contribute 100% unless otherwise stated. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute at rates specified per promotion. ug100 reserves the right to exclude specific games or bet types from wagering contributions.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry window — typically 14 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses and associated winnings not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Account, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times via different Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all related Accounts and winnings.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after meeting the applicable wagering requirement become withdrawable real-money funds.
• Right to Withdraw: ug100 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that existing commitments to Members who have already opted into an active promotion are honored.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on ug100 across all product categories — sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting markets), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and all other available wagering formats:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. ug100 does not accept cancellation requests for bets already confirmed, except in cases of manifest error (see below).
• ug100 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including software faults, pricing data errors, or human input mistakes. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Balance.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is accepted by our system. Network latency, connectivity issues, or delays on the user's side do not entitle a user to a different price than the one confirmed at bet acceptance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per product category. Current limits are published on the relevant product page and may be updated from time to time.
• For mix parlay accumulators, if one or more selections are void, the bet is recalculated with the void selections removed and the remaining selections treated as a reduced accumulator.
• ug100 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Member on any event, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ug100 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, directly or through proxies, family members, or third parties.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate game or bet outcomes, including chip-dumping in live poker or poker-adjacent products.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to place bets without genuine human interaction.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, bonus structures, or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using ug100 to launder funds, process fraudulent deposits, use stolen payment methods, or engage in any activity that constitutes financial fraud under applicable law.
• Match Fixing: Betting on events that you have, or have reason to believe you have, prior knowledge of the outcome due to corruption, insider information, or involvement in fixing.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or payment provider on transactions that were legitimately processed by ug100. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent Account closure and debt recovery action.

All content on the ug100 Platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ug100 or its licensed suppliers, protected by international copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from ug100.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine forming part of the Platform.
• Use ug100 branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any commercial or promotional context without a signed licensing agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug100, its directors, officers, employees, partners, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or actions of third-party providers.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in Section 3.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

ug100's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, we collect only the data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with AML and KYC obligations, and deliver responsible gaming tools. We do not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored on 256-bit SSL encrypted servers.

ug100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notification within the Platform for a minimum of 14 days following the change.
• Send an email notification to the registered email address on your Account where the changes are significant enough to materially affect your rights.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug100 holds its international offshore gaming license. By using the Platform, you agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ug100 shall be resolved as follows:

1. Internal Escalation: In the first instance, all complaints must be submitted to our customer support team at [email protected]. We commit to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved at the customer support level, either party may request escalation to a senior compliance officer at ug100 for mediated resolution.
3. Binding Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through internal escalation or mediation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the competent authority in our licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
